In a statement signed by the Director-General, Ruth Dela Seddoh, the Authority said the extension is to allow National Service Personnel who are yet to complete and submit their forms additional time to do so.

The NSA further announced that all personnel must schedule an appointment on their individual dashboards before visiting their respective district offices to submit the forms. The appointment scheduling feature will be activated on Sunday, February 1, 2026. According to the Authority, this measure is aimed at reducing congestion at district offices and ensuring an orderly and efficient submission process.

The Authority reiterated that the submission of Monthly Evaluation Forms is mandatory for validating active service status and for the processing of service allowances. Personnel who fail to submit their forms by the new deadline have been cautioned that their allowances may be delayed.

NSA Letter
The NSA urged all National Service Personnel to comply with the directive and rely only on official communication channels for accurate information.
