All first-year undergraduate and postgraduate students are required to participate via the official matriculation portal: https://apps.knust.edu.gh/students/Home/Matriculation

During the ceremony, the matriculation Oath will be administered by the Registrar and displayed on screen. Each student must tick the box at the end of the Oath and click Submit to indicate acceptance of the terms. Submission of the Oath is mandatory for students to have their names officially recorded in the Matriculation Register.

The portal will remain open for submissions until 11:00 a.m. on Monday, 2 February 2026. After this, the University Information Technology Services (UITS) will generate the official list of matriculants, which will then be submitted to the respective Colleges.

All first-year students are strongly advised to complete the submission on time to ensure their registration is recognised.

This information was issued by Lucy Diawuo, Esq., Deputy Registrar (Academic Affairs), who urged students to follow the outlined steps carefully.
